Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2009, Fulton Financial Corporation ("Fulton") issued a press release to announce that the Board of Directors of Fulton declared a quarterly cash dividend of three cents per common share, payable on April 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2009.
