Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. |
On June 13, 2011, Siebert Financial Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Company’s shareholders voted on a proposal to elect six directors to hold office until the next annual meeting or until the director’s successor has been duly elected.
