Item 1.01 Entry into a Definitive Material Agreement.
On March 6, 2006, Interleukin Genetics, Inc. entered into amendments to employment agreements with its Chief Executive Officer, Philip R. Reilly, and its President and Chief Scientific Officer, Kenneth S. Kornman. In each case, the amendments extend the term of the officer’s employment through March 31, 2006. The company intends to use this period to negotiate longer-term arrangements with these officers.
