On or about September 3, 2010, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 24, 2010 in Hong Kong and a Proxy Statement with regard to that meeting.
