Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

Inland Real Estate Corporation (“the Company”) intends to distribute copies of certain materials (the “Materials”) to analysts, institutional investors, and other persons in connection with presentations to be made, or meetings to be held, by the Company at the Citi Global Property CEO Conference in Hollywood, Florida, from March 14 through March 16, 2011.  A copy of these Materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.

 

On March 9, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will participate in the Citi Global Property Conference being held in Hollywood, Florida, March 14-16, 2011.  Senior management of the Company will give a presentation on Wednesday, March 16th at 8:10 a.m. ET which will be available to the public via live conference call by dialing (877) 211-0500 or (201) 984-1145 for international callers, and entering the passcode 2038645.  A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated in its entirety in this Item 7.01 disclosure by reference.
