(b) Retirement of Principal Financial Officer

 

On July 31, 2012, Craig S. Jones, the Chief Financial Officer of NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP, notified NGL Energy Holdings LLC that he intends to retire effective as of August 31, 2012. H. Michael Krimbill, the Chief Executive Officer of NGL Energy Holdings LLC, will serve as Chief Financial Officer after Mr. Jones’ retirement until such time as NGL Energy Holdings LLC appoints a successor to Mr. Jones.
