Appointment of Principal Officers.
On August 29, 2007, Mike Byrd resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (the "Company")
for personal reasons effective immediately. Mr. Byrd will serve as a consultant to the Company for specific projects.
