On April 29, 2008, General Moly, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study with respect to the Company’s Hall-Tonopah project and the Company’s decision to rename the project the “Liberty project.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
