As stated in Articles 9 and 10 of the N.18.045 law, Chapter 18 to 10 of the Updated Compilation of Rules (RAN) of the Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions (SBIF),it is reported to this Office, dated December 30, 2014, they have resolved to apply to Banco Santander - Chile a fined of 750UF for having sent the D32 files with errors pertaining to the Manual System of Debtors information Systems SBIF, for the periods between the November 1, 2013 and March 14, 2014 and present inconsistencies in their respective corrections.
