On April 26, 2018, Standard AVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”), the holding company for Standard Bank, PaSB (the “Bank”), announced the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. The earnings release containing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.

On April 24, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.221 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2018 and payable on May 17, 2018.
