Hadera, Israel, June 8, 2009 – Hadera Paper Ltd. (AMEX:AIP) (the “Company” or “Hadera Paper”)announced today that the Board of Directors decided that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the registered office of the Company on July 14, 2009. If the meeting is postponed, it will be held on July 21, 2009.
