Please refer to our earlier letter No.HQ/CS/CL.24B/11331 dated 28 March 2005 wherein we had intimated that in respect of results for the last quarter of the financial year 2004-05, VSNL will publish audited results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year when the limited review report will also be sent.

 

Now, pursuant to clause 19 of listing agreement with Indian Stock Exchanges, please be informed that the next and 150th meeting of the Board of Directors of VSNL will be held on 9 June 2005 at Mumbai to consider financial results for the quarter and audited for the financial year ended 31 March 2005 and to recommend dividend for the year 2004-05, if any.
