Sub: Revision in the dates of book Closure of the Company

 

We had, inter alia, informed vide Letter No. HQ/CS/19TH AGM/11544 dated 14 July 2005, that the Register of Transfers and Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from 1 August 2005 to 19 August 2005 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend for the year 2004-05.

 

Now, due to unavoidable circumstances we have to postpone the dates of book closure. Therefore, you are requested to cancel the dates of book closure as mentioned above. The revised dates of book closure will be intimated in due course in accordance with Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement.
