ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND OF $0.51 PER SHARE
New York, N.Y. June 8, 2007 Apollo Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: AINV) announces that its Board of Directors has declared its first fiscal quarter 2008 dividend of $0.51 per share, payable on June 28, 2007 to shareholders of record as of June 21, 2007. The ex-dividend date is June 19, 2007. Dividends are paid from taxable earnings whose specific tax characteristics will be reported to shareholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.
