Tata Communications Limited files annual report on Form 20-F
Mumbai, November 13, 2008: Tata Communications Limited’s annual report on Form 20-F, which includes the audited financial statements of the Company prepared under US GAAP for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 14, 2008.
All holders of American Depositary receipt of the Company are hereby informed that, upon request, the Company will provide a hard copy of Form 20-F free of charge, which includes complete audited financial statements for the year 2007-08.
