Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (Form 8-K/A) amends the Form 8-K filed by Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (BMBC) on July 1, 2010 to include the financial information required by Item 9.01 of the Form 8-K in connection with BMBCs recent acquisition of First Keystone Financial, Inc. (FKF).
