Tata Communications Limited files annual report on Form 20-F

Mumbai - October 8, 2010 – The annual report on Form 20-F of Tata Communications Limited (the “Company”), which includes the audited financial statements of the Company prepared under U.S. GAAP as of and for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (the “2010 20-F”), was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 30, 2010.
