On March 31, 2015, we issued a press release announcing the exercise of our option to terminate our royalty obligations to Intellikine LLC under our existing agreement with Intellikine LLC with respect to worldwide net sales in oncology indications of products containing or comprised of IPI-145. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
