On July 12, 2017, Consumers Bancorp, Inc. Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program under which up to 75,000 shares of its common stock can be repurchased over the next twelve months. Repurchases can be made from time-to-time in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions depending on market and/or other conditions. The repurchase program may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
