Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 14, 2010, Matthews International Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company’s common stock. The quarterly dividend has been increased one cent per share (14%) from $0.07 to $0.08. The dividend is payable November 8, 2010 to stockholders of record October 25, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
