(the "Company"), the holding company of First Midwest Bank ("First Midwest" or the "Bank"), today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.01 per share, payable April 14, 2009 to shareholders of record on March 27, 2009.
