(1)	On 4/4/07 there was a typing error on the share amount. The correct shares acquired was 2,144, but was reported in error as 2,441.
(2)	The total shares directly owned was reported as 12,411 in error. The total shares directly owned was actually 12,144.
Remarks: On 4/4/2007 a Form 4 Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership of Securities was submitted.  The directly acquired share amount was incorrectly reported.  The share amount should have been 2,144 shares but was reported as 2,441 in error.  Norman Houston Parks ownership total shares should reflect a 267 decrease in the previously reported shares.  Mr. Parks directly owns 12,144 shares.
