Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 10, 2018, George G. Goodrich retired as a Class II Director of the board of directors of Shiloh Industries, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Goodrich's decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Goodrich for his years of service and contributions.
