Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Shiloh Industries, Inc. (the "Company") previously announced that it will participate in the 2018 Auto Summit hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. President and chief executive officer, Ramzi Hermiz, will provide a brief overview of the Company and answer questions beginning at 10:25 a.m. ET.
Information on accessing a live webcast was posted to the Company's investor relations website (www.shiloh.com/investors) on March 23, 2018. In addition, the audio replay will be available on March 29, 2018 via the Shiloh Investor website. A copy of the presentation, which will be discussed at the conference, is posted on the Company's investor relations website.
