June 23, 2005 (Toronto, ON) CryptoLogic Inc., a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming market, announced that on June 22, 2005 it received notification from Fidelity Management and Research Co., a US investment fund, that the funds interest in CryptoLogic was 1,394,200 common shares or approximately 10% of the Companys current shares outstanding.
