Section 7 - Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 27, 2017, PPL Corporation ("PPL" or the "Company") announced that on September 27, 2017, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Vincent Sorgi, will make a presentation and discuss the Company's general business outlook with investors and financial analysts at the Wolfe Research Utilities & Power Leaders Conference in New York City. During these meetings and at the conference, PPL expects to reiterate its 2017 forecast of reported earnings of $1.92 to $2.12 per share, reflecting special items recorded through the second quarter of 2017, and 2017 forecast of ongoing earnings of $2.05 to $2.25 per share with a midpoint of $2.15 per share and compound annual earnings per share growth rate of 5% to 6% from 2017 through 2020.
Slides to be used during the conference will be available for 90 days beginning September 27, 2017 on PPL's Internet Web site: www.pplweb.com, in the Investors section under the Events and Presentations link, and will include an update of the status of the Company’s foreign currency hedging program.
