The names of the persons filing this statement are:

 
Snyder Capital Management, L.P. ("SCMLP") and Snyder Capital Management, Inc. ("SCMI") (collectively, the "Filers").

SCMLP and SCMI are wholly-owned affiliates of Natixis Global Asset Management, L.P., which is an indirect subsidiary of Natixis Global Asset Management (“NGAM”), an international asset management group based in Paris, France.  NGAM is, in turn, owned by Natixis, a French investment banking and financial services firm.  Natixis is principally owned by BPCE, France’s second largest banking group.

SCMLP and SCMI operate autonomously and provide investment management services independently with their own research, investment team and trading.  All investment and voting decisions regarding managed accounts are made by SCMI and SCMLP and not by Natixis Global Asset Management, L.P. or any entity controlling it.  Accordingly, SCMI and SCMLP do not consider Natixis Global Asset Management, L.P. or any entity controlling it to have any direct or indirect control over the securities held in such accounts.
