| Our compensation program is designed to support long-term value creation and ties a substantial portion of the compensation provided to our named executive officers to awards with multi-year performance and service periods that have a minimum of three years. A triennial vote would allow our executive compensation programs to be evaluated by shareholders over a similar time-frame. | |
