Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On August 21, 2007, American Community Newspapers Inc. (“ACN”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock, warrants and units would begin trading under the new symbols ANE, ANE.WS and ANE.U, respectively, effective August 22, 2007. ACN’s common stock, warrants and units trade on the American Stock Exchange. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
