On November 5, 2007, Jeffrey Coolman resigned as vice president of sales and group publisher for the Minnesota newspaper group of American Community Newspapers, Inc. (the “Company”), effective after a brief transition period.

On November 5, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing new leadership for the Minnesota newspaper group.
