Form 6-K for the month of September 2007

     Effective September 14, 2007, Roberto Pucci, will no longer hold the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources of the Company and has taken on a new role with Fiat Group Automobiles.

     Effective September 14, 2007, Linda Knoll was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources of the Company.

     Effective September 17, 2007, Bruce Krueger was appointed Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
