The meeting will consist of presentations by John Peyton, chief executive officer of Dine Brands Global, Inc., and members of the Company’s senior management team.

The business presentations, followed by a question-and-answer session, are scheduled to begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. ET and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET.
