Morrow Sodali Hires Leading M&A and Activism Advisor Geoff Weinberg

Morrow Sodali, the global stakeholder engagement and ESG consulting firm today announced that it has hired Geoffrey L. (“Geoff”) Weinberg, a leading expert in M&A and Activism strategic advisory and solicitation services, to strengthen the firm’s presence in M&A and Activism advisory services in the U.S. as a Managing Director in the firm’s New York office. Geoff is a former M&A attorney with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and recently left another solicitation firm to join Morrow Sodali.
