CCC, a leader in advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, announced today that is has earned five 2023 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards from Energage LLC for Compensation & Benefits; Leadership; Work-Life Flexibility; Innovation; and Purpose & Values for the second consecutive year.

An independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, Energage has surveyed more than 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations in 16 years of research. Its Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards celebrates companies that excel in specific areas of workplace culture and are based solely on employee feedback.

The Compensation & Benefits award celebrates organizations that provide packages its employees believe are fair for the work being done. The Leadership award commends leaders who inspire confidence in employees and listen to what matters most, using that insight in decision making. The Work-Life Flexibility award acknowledges firms that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demand of their personal lives while maintaining high performance. The Innovation award recognizes companies that have created a culture where new ideas are encouraged, helping employees reach their full potential. The Purpose & Values award commemorates businesses that have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations in the culture.
