Bridge Growth Partners Appoints Prosper Vignone as Senior Advisor

Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a leading technology investment firm, today announced that it has appointed Prosper Vignone as a Senior Advisor. Mr. Vignone has 27 years of global experience in the technology sector, including more than two decades with IBM where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Business Development. Mr. Vignone will bring his expertise in corporate strategy and development, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and his understanding of technology trends to support Bridge Growth’s portfolio companies and the due diligence of prospective investments.

Mr. Vignone joins Bridge Growth’s dedicated team of senior advisors and executive partners, including other former senior executives from IBM such as Steve Mills, former Executive Vice President of IBM Software and Systems and current Board Director at Bridge Growth portfolio companies Solace and Syniti, and Danny Sabbah, former Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of IBM Cloud and NextGen Computing. Mr. Mills, Mr. Sabbah and Mr. Vignone have a longstanding relationship collaborating at IBM. Mr. Vignone most recently worked in the private equity industry as a Principal at Siris Capital Group.

Mr. Vignone brings 27 years of global experience in the technology sector. He most recently held the position of Principal at Siris Capital Group. Prior, he held numerous senior leadership positions and worked on over 70 completed M&A transactions throughout the course of his more than two-decade long career at IBM. He last served as Vice President and Head of Business Development for IBM Global Markets. Previously, he was Vice President and Head of Business Development for IBM’s $18 billion Cognitive Solutions segment and public cloud business. Prior, Mr. Vignone oversaw global M&A strategy, M&A transaction execution and VC investing activities across IBM while serving as IBM’s Vice President of M&A Strategy, Investments and Operations after beginning his career in finance and accounting.

Mr. Vignone holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
