The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”, the “Exchange”) announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the four securities enumerated below (“Securities”) of the State of California (the “Issuer”) from the Exchange. NYSE Regulation reached its decision to delist these Securities pursuant to Section 802.01B Criteria for Bonds of the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual because each of the Securities has a market value or principal amount of less than $1,000,000. Trading on the NYSE in the four Securities will be suspended immediately.
