At RCU Priscilla has championed bilingual initiatives, supporting Spanish-speaking members and fostering inclusivity for more than 10 years. She has served as a Career Technical Education (CTE) Foundation Board Member for over four years, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to make CTE programs more accessible to the Latino community. Additionally, she serves as a board trustee of the Mark West Unified School District, where she was the first Latina to hold this position, advocating for the needs of Spanish-speaking students and families.
