On Wednesday, September 18, join some of the leading women innovators, entrepreneurs, and executives in NJ’s technology and business landscape for the second NJ Women in Technology & Business Forum.

Taking place at the historic Bell Works building in Holmdel, NJ, the event will connect various technology and business leaders from the tri-state area and center around the theme of “Investing in Women,” offering important conversations around how the tech and business community can better invest in women and women-led businesses.

Hosted by NJ-based PR firm NextTech Communications, in partnership with the Bell Works CoLab and npz studio+, the forum will open with a fireside chat featuring Aparna Khurjekar, Chief Revenue Officer – Business Markets & SaaS at Verizon. The session will be moderated by Janine Savarese, Founder and CEO of NextTech Communications.

The fireside chat will be followed by a panel discussion on other topics related to “investing in women,” such as investing in your future, investing in your career, investing in and obtaining investments for your organization, investing in your team, and more. Panelists include Rana Shanawani, Executive Director of the Women's Center for Entrepreneurship, Breen Sullivan, Co-Founder of The Fourth Effect, Dr. Chelsey Tanner, CEO of Morph Mentoring, and Ali Glaser, Founder, CEO, and Executive Coach at Ali Glaser Executive Performance who will take part in a thought-provoking discussion and Q&A, moderated by Paola Zamudio, Founder and CEO of npz studio+, Creative Director at Bell Works.

“In the realm of technology, despite the strides made in fostering gender equality in various fields, the tech sector remains predominantly male-dominated. A disconcerting disparity that persists: the underrepresentation of women. We created this event to help advance the discussion of women in business while creating a forum for career advancement and networking,” said Janine Savarese, CEO of NextTech Communications.
