Paul brings more than two decades of experience across U.S. and international banking and wealth management institutions. His career includes leadership roles such as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at IBD Bank, Head of Compliance for Citibank’s U.S. Commercial Bank, and most recently, Chief Legal Officer and COO at Third Bridge Group. Throughout his career, he has been consistently recognized by boards of directors for successfully resolving regulatory challenges and strengthening governance, risk, and compliance during periods of transformative growth and systemic risk, while supporting business expansion.

He earned his JD from The Catholic University of America and a BA in Political Science from Fairfield University. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches financial crimes compliance.
