According to the Complaint, the Fund made false and misleading statements to the market. The Easterly ROCMuni Fund marked its portfolio assets at inflated prices that were considerably above their fair value. The Fund’s valuation and pricing methodology was deeply flawed, artificially inflating its NAV and individual valuations. The Fund was heavily invested in illiquid assets despite the claims of its offering materials. The Fund overstated its NAV, NAV per share, and historical performance. Based on these facts, the Fund’s public statements and materials were materially misleading throughout the class period. When the market learned the truth about the Easterly ROCMuni Fund, investors suffered damages.
Join the case to recover your losses.
