WEYMOUTH, Mass. – Summit Energy, a leading commercial and residential solar contractor, is featured as one of the fastest growing companies in the Northeast in the latest rankings by Inc. magazine.
Summit was ranked 102nd in the Northeast region in a recently published feature titled, “Meet the 923 Fastest-Growing U.S. Companies from Coast to Coast.” The company earned that distinction by posting 87 percent revenue growth in the preceding 24-month period.
“We’re giving customers the choice to go solar in a way that makes sense for them,” says Director of Marketing Curt Stanisewski. “We provide the quote; we do all the permitting; and we help customers secure financing. We have a dozen or so financing partners who each have 15 to 20 different loan products. We do the installation, deal with the inspections and get the systems turned on.”
Stanisewski attributed the rapid growth to a ramped-up marketing effort that saw the company quadruple its outside salesforce in the past year while also building a robust inside sales division. The company is also investing in its website and digital marketing initiatives.
Summit serves customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut from offices in Weymouth, Taunton, Chelmsford and Amesbury, Mass.
