Vuuzle TV was confronted by AUSA Jenifer Weir, who has been making up untruths about the company for a while now. It has become obvious that Weir’s agenda is to close the company indefinitely. For almost 3 years Weir has relentlessly threatened and tormented Dr. Richard Marchitto that he’ll be thrown in jail if he does not close the US bank accounts for Vuuzle TV.
This AUSA employee is so devious that she even created a falsified slipshod plea agreement to scare retired 73-year-old Marchitto into signing it or go to jail.
AUSA Weir has already used the government’s power to close the company’s bank accounts at Chase Bank. Chase closed the accounts and put a negative balance on the account of $999,999,999,99. While she then went on a rampage, using government funds and personnel to send out letters to shareholders telling them the company was fraudulent and not real. She has been persistent in calling and harassing Vuuzle Media Corp USA shareholders, pleading with them to take her side. While she attempts to put words in shareholders mouths, to get anyone to agree with her so she can build any case possible to hurt Flynn and Vuuzle Media Corp.
To date, no court will ever be able to say that Vuuzle TV is not real. Moreover, no judge to date has ever said that Vuuzle TV has done anything wrong. AUSA Weir’s fishing expedition did not catch anything that we know of, so now she wants the S.E.C to take over while they continue to pummel shareholders with unwanted phone calls. In fact, many investors have stood up to these calls and blasted the government organization.
Unfortunately, Vuuzle TV, Richard Marchitto and its founder have been continuously berated by fictitious accusations without one shred of evidence by USA Jenifer Weir to disprove that Vuuzle TV is not a real company or the claims that they have made.
It is a perfect example of how one-sided stories are written. Look at Victoria McKenzie, who wrote an article on Vuuzle and the founder of Vuuzle TV’s, Ronald Flynn. She wrote a story on the founder that was very one sided, biased, and untrue. Ronald Flynn reached out to her and asked her why the story was written so one sided and headlined to make the company and him look bad? She replied to the founder on LinkedIn and said, “I do not get to investigate and litigate cases myself. I reported that SEC attorneys, in their public complaint, made certain claims. She also said, “she only gets to spend a couple of hours on document-based reports by the SEC. Obviously as she works for a legal news wire, it should be noted that all the stories that she writes will be one sided and based on allegations and documents written by the S.E.C and not based on fact.
The real facts are that Vuuzle Dubai Studios was just paid $100,000 USD by MBC for a show produced, filmed, and edited inside Vuuzle’s studios. Vuuzle TV producers have a very full shooting schedule as they can produce around 75 to 250 shows per month including news, special interest, TV dramas, magic shows, cooking shows, a shopping channel, and children shows including movies. Vuuzle TV also owns Vumu Music that both have applications that can be downloaded on Apple TV and Google Play for free.
AUSA Jenifer Weir has been pushing her vendetta to hurt Flynn for several years. She has orchestrated a phony indictment, created a false plea agreement, and shut Chase Bank accounts down to close the company down and conceal her questionable reputation.
Unfortunately, it is a shame that AUSA Jenifer Weir is a bold face liar and a menace to society using the long arm of the law to falsely jail and indict innocent people who she deems guilty weather they are innocent or not.
AUSA Jenifer Weir hides her face and any pictures on social media including Google images with only one picture. AUSA Weir also has a LinkedIn account with no picture while lurking in the shadows and being devious to fulfill her own agenda. AUSA Jenifer Weir’s days of being protected by a vail of anonymity is slowly being seen by millions of people as Vuuzle Media investigators track her every move to post the truth.
Now AUSA Jenifer Weir wants to lurk even further into the darkness as she pushes her agenda toward the S.E.C. The investigation that gave rise to this SEC lawsuit is about Vuuzle TV, Vumu Music, and its Motion picture studio and Television production company in Dubai.
The SEC eventually filed a fraud case against the company and Flynn without ever seeking out any information whatsoever from Vuuzle during its investigation. Obviously AUSA Jenifer Weir has a lot of pull with certain departments.
There were no requests to Vuuzle to provide any information voluntarily. There were no administrative subpoenas to Vuuzle and its legal department. No voluntary requests or administrative subpoenas to the corporation with active business operations which are usual hallmarks of a fair fact-finding regulatory investigations that should precede any immediate SEC Enforcement action.
There was not even a “Wells Notice” to afford Vuuzle the opportunity to dissuade the SEC from filing a case. Undoubtedly, to the SEC’s dismay, Vuuzle answered the Complaint, disputing the SEC’s narrative and conveying that Vuuzle Tv is a real company with brick-and-mortar buildings, housing a state-of-the-art studio in the United Arab Emirates, functioning operations in the Philippines and Las Vegas, and employing staff across its creative, marketing, and programming multi-media departments.
Now the SEC wants this Court to put its imprimatur on the SEC’s limitless and discretionary use of “discovery” that the SEC will receive in litigation – under and subject to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b)(1) – for purposes well beyond what the SEC itself previously decided was unnecessary and irrelevant to advance its investigation.
The SEC and Department of Justice are working closely in parallel investigations in order to indict Ronald Flynn, alleging that Vuuzle was not a real entity, when in fact anyone who has a mobile phone or CPU can download their completely free applications and watch free TV shows and listen to free music.
Over a two year period, Vuuzle Tv has produced its own content with more than 500 prime time TV shows including news, special interest shows, dramas, and sports which can be seen on www.Vuuzle.tv and is now busy producing anywhere from 75 to 250 shows per month.
Currently, it is evident that the U.S. Government did no investigation and there is no evidence to prove any of their claims. This is a spiteful vendetta and a fraudulent investigation tainted by the FBI and S.E.C that has their fingerprints all over it.
Even crazier than it sounds, now the S.E.C wants to shut down Vumu Music Bank accounts and close down Vuuzle TV. This is so strange that with no investigation the S.E.C, now wants to amend their complaint to close all companies associated with Vuuzle. Is it their desire to get fines for security violation without any investigation? Why now then, has the S.E.C agenda changed as the S.EC now wants to shut down the enterprise and try and charge Marchitto as an owner, when he is an employee and investor of the company that sits on its board.
Rather than abide by the Federal Rules of civil procedure that govern all parties in civil litigation, the SEC’s proposed language in a protective order attempt to manipulate the Protective Order so that the SEC may continue to use litigation-sourced “discovery” from its own a la carte menu of “Routine Uses” all invariably to the detriment of the defendants and their ability to defend against these mounting, unfounded allegations that hold no substance.
Vuuzle would prefer to prohibit the transfer of any discovery to the Department of Justice. Furthermore, Vuuzle believes it is constrained by the language of the two referenced statutes. There is clearly a fundamental lack of fairness and denial of equal protection connected to enabling the SEC to advance the work of the DOJ, where the DOJ is desperately trying to shore up a criminal case against someone not even in its custody, but against whom it made public a returned indictment for the apparent purpose of ultimately disparaging the defendant’s company in the SEC’s civil proceeding.
It is now coming to their attention that the case against Mr. Ronald Flynn is untrue and false. Vuuzle Media is a real entity while both the S.E.C and the F.B.I continue to call and send letters to shareholders in an all-out attempt to spread disinformation and untrue statements to close the company down. In fact, shareholders have told the company that they felt coerced and threatened into agreeing or making statements against their better judgement during these same telephone calls by biased employees within the government organization.
The indictment of Vuuzle Media Corp. founder Ronald Shane Flynn by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Los Angeles seeks to perpetuate, and indeed even to memorialize a series of false and faulty assumptions about Vuuzle Media that the U.S. Government first advanced through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) when the SEC filed its civil complaint against the company.
Now, as things are getting totally out of hand due to all the misinformation, it is essential that we present a fair and accurate record of what Vuuzle Media is, and its place in the realm of readily available, globally accessible, non-subscription based free online media content and entertainment.
First, let’s focus on what Vuuzle Media is not. Unlike the brash contentions made first by the SEC and now the DOJ, Vuuzle Media is not, nor has it ever been, a “Ponzi scheme.” Vuuzle Media is not, nor has it ever been, a shell company covering for a “boiler room” enabled cash generating scheme, characterized by “aggressive” selling tactics with no measurable returns for its accredited savvy and sophisticated shareholders and company investors.
To the readily verifiable contrary, Vuuzle Media is an award-winning, multi-continental, multi-platform, multi-capability and resourceful media company with over 300 worldwide employees, whose intention is to play a leading role in restoring balance to the international media landscape by providing free video, musical and social media-driven programming for audiences worldwide.
Vuuzle Media is administered by a fully functioning Board of Directors, and the company has offices and studio space in multiple cities world-wide, with state-of-the-art studios in the United Arab Emirates.
Vuuzle Media creates its own proprietary programming, it continues to develop revolutionary new means for its advertisers to interact with its vast audiences, and for those audiences to interact directly with its creators and hosts, as well as with high-level international talent who appear directly on its video streaming services with the intention to enhance their global presence and careers.
In short – Vuuzle Media is an entertainment sector disruptor, and one whose global importance is all the more vital during pandemic-era restrictions and lockdowns. Vuuzle, via its app and streaming services, seeks to democratize entertainment in ways that travel back to the era of free, over-the-air television, while catapulting audiences into new realms of immediacy and interaction.
Vuuzle’s audiences are just as much a part of the entertainment experience as are its content creators. Vuuzle Media clearly isn’t a ploy or a ruse. It’s a media landscape and revolutionary force based on innovation and technology. Vuuzle Media is aggressively contesting the SEC’s allegations and has filed a response available on public record denying the SEC’s claims and allegations (https://rb.gy/uofnbx).
Additionally, and very importantly, Vuuzle Media is not a defendant or accused party in any DOJ case, so it is unclear exactly why the Department of Justice felt uncharacteristically compelled to include in its April 7th press release, a discussion of Vuuzle Media in a manner that appears to be inconsistent with DOJ policy?
It fails miserably to distinguish between multiple companies associated with the Vuuzle Media name and chooses instead to recycle old news of an actively contested SEC civil lawsuit that was filed more than three months ago.
Vuuzle Media Corp Limited is a real company, set up offshore in the United Arab Emirates. We will continue to create TV programs and deliver movies and music 24 hours a day. It is our intention to continue being a disruptor in Media as we believe free entertainment backed by advertising is fair and profitable for all. Many household name companies are moving in this same direction.
This year Vuuzle plans on giving back to its viewers with its new “Pay Per You” (PPY) TV and has scheduled a huge meeting this month for all insiders and shareholders to see. No doubt the SEC will once again plant a spy to record what is said so they can twist, manipulate, and exploit it much to the dismay of shareholders that were present in the actual shareholder conference call.
Just for the record, the last private shareholder meeting with over 200 shareholders that Vuuzle Media Corp had on Zoom was hacked and recorded by the S.E.C to listen in and write down every word of the entire meeting. This doesn’t surprise the company and doesn’t stop us from updating investors as Vuuzle has nothing to hide and is 100% transparent and honest.
Fawad Walizai signed on as a spy as an IT Specialist for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in Washington. He hacked in to spy and to investigate the Vuuzle case #HO-13925. In his statement he stated, he was tasked to conduct a Website Capture/Video Capture/Social Media search and capture/telegram/live stream/blog and Spy on a private meeting with Shareholders. It now would appear that Zoom may not be as private as once thought.
Despite all the drama behind the company and its Founder, Vuuzle TV won the “Brand Blazer” award by Verizon media for innovation in OTT. This is a prestigious award competed for by over 300 competitors and is like winning the Superbowl of online streaming.
