The Chat Box Support Representative is an entry-level onsite role, suitable for computer-savvy individuals passionate about helping others. In this capacity, representatives resolve customer issues through various communication platforms, including chat, email, social media, and direct messaging. Reporting to the Team Lead, representatives provide quick answers, consult on products with compassion, and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
