Effective immediately, Thomas Howells has resigned as President and a director of Cyclo3pss Corporation (Pink Sheets: OZON). Mr. Howells has elected to pursue other interests. Additionally, Mr. Howells reiterated that he has not conducted any purchases or sales of the Company’s common stock during his tenure as an officer and director.
