If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to drive a cement block around town, Kia has the car for you. With its sluggish engine, cavern-like interior, and stiff seats, the 2017 Kia Soul ! (the ! is its trim level and in Kia-ese it’s pronounced “Exclaim”), is a reminder that cars aren’t always as cool to drive as they look.
