In trading on Wednesday, the iShares US Real Estate ETF (IYR) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Digital Realty Trust (DLR), up about 4.7% and shares of Coresite Realty (COR), up about 4.3% on the day.
