Until Friday morning, the White House had said that President Donald Trump would sign the $1.3 trillion spending bill that has gone through both the House and the Senate. Then Trump himself tweeted he might veto it, citing the scant amount of funding for the border wall as well as a lack of progress on the DACA program that he ended.
