In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.3%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Olympic Steel (ZEUS), down about 5.9% and shares of Century Aluminum (CENX) down about 5.5% on the day.
