Starring Academy Award and Golden Globe winner, Keith Carradine, and Academy Award and Golden Globe nominee, Sondra Locke, RAY MEETS HELEN follows Ray (Carradine) and Helen (Locke) separately, both stalled in their middle aged years haunted by their failed and missed opportunities. Both hampered by life’s material challenges – Ray is divorced and struggling at an insurance company, while Helen is a bankrupt California farmer seeking for a bank loan. With a dash of good luck, the characters are suddenly blessed with the good luck of endless free money, allowing the two enjoy their newly improved lives. But, when Ray and Helen unexpectedly cross paths, both fall for the other’s “new” enhanced, persona, fulfilling the large void of loneliness and irrelevancy of old-age love.
