Ackerman & Co. Represents Partnership for Southern Equity in Leasing the Entire Top Floor of The Grant Building in Downtown Atlanta

Ackerman SVP Del Early brokers 12,919 lease at historic office building

ATLANTA, GA, January 18, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ackerman & Co. announced today it has completed a 10-year, 12,919 square-foot lease with the Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) for the entire top floor of The Grant Building, located at 44 Broad Street in downtown Atlanta.

Ackerman & Co. Senior Vice President Del Early represented PSE in the transaction and David Horne of JLL represented ownership, Four Mile Capital and Kramer Real Estate.

"This is an excellent opportunity for PSE to occupy this historic building, which will provide modernized space in a classic building while accommodating the long-term growth of this expanding organization," said Del Early.

PSE plans to relocate from its current space at 100 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta to The Grant Building in first-quarter 2019.

Extensive improvements to the building are under way, including new elevator cabs, modernized HVAC systems and façade restoration. Built in 1898, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
